For clubs
Run your club from your phone.
Open the net and let members check in. Keep the roster without chasing licence dates. Take dues, hold the election, book the equipment, balance the books, and reach every member with one button. It costs your club nothing.

Your callsign is your address
A club with a callsign gets its own front door: kc2rc.clubs.qsoapp.com opens the Kings County Radio Club. Put it on the repeater’s ident, the flyer and the QSL card. The club picks its display name, or takes the one on the FCC licence in one tap.
Signing in always happens on qsoapp.com, so a club’s host never holds anyone else’s session. Nothing to register and nothing to pay for; the certificate is taken out the first time someone opens the address.

The club at a laptop
The officer side is a desktop app, not a phone page stretched: the club's sections sit in a rail down the side and the work fills the rest of the window, so a roster is a table with columns and the books are a book. Four of the screens as they look on a laptop — the member's half is below, on a phone, because that is where members are.

Members check in from a phone; officers do the roster, the books and the election at a laptop, where the club page puts its sections in a rail beside the work. Same app, same data, no second login.

Moving your club over
Start the club
Any operator with a verified callsign creates the club: name, callsign, where you meet. That is the whole setup.
Start a club
NameKings County Radio ClubClub callsignKC2RCWhereBrooklyn, NYThe licence for KC2RC reads “Kings County Radio Club”. Use that name.
CreateStarting a club is one form: any operator with a verified callsign can do it. Bring the roster
Export the members from whatever you use now and drop the CSV in. Any file with a callsign column works; only callsigns and names are kept. Everyone on that list is approved the moment they sign in with that callsign, and the licence class, status and expiry fill themselves in from the public record.

The roster carries each member's licence class, status and expiry, refreshed from the FCC and ISED files every night. Members sign in with their callsign
No club password to hand out and no member list to keep in step: people sign in as themselves, with a passkey or a link by mail, and their callsign is verified against the licence record once.

One identity: verify the callsign once, then use it to sign in to Wavelog and anything else that takes it. Dues and the calendar carry on
Set your plans, record what people have paid, and the paid-through dates, receipts, reminders and the treasurer’s book take care of themselves from there.

Open the net
Net control opens it from a phone. Members check in with one tap and are confirmed as they are heard; the list reorders, the highlight says whose turn it is, and a raised hand means someone has traffic. Closing the net writes the summary and posts it.

Members and licences
The roster carries each member's class, status and expiry, taken from the FCC and ISED files and refreshed every night. “Who lapses this quarter” lists whoever is about to fall off. Members can hide their details from other members; officers keep a private note; a household pays once.

Dues
Plans by year, by month or for life, pro-rated when someone joins mid-year. A recorded payment moves the paid-through date, sets the membership active, mails a receipt and posts itself to the books. Renewal reminders go out 30 days before, and again after 60 unpaid days.

Nets
Open the net from your pocket. Members check in with one tap, net control confirms as it hears them, statuses cover heard, not heard, checked out and courtesy, the list reorders and everyone sees whose turn it is, and a hand goes up when someone has traffic. Closing posts the summary. ICS-214 and ICS-309 come out of any session.

What it replaces
| What clubs use today | What it does | Here |
|---|---|---|
| HamClubOnline | Roster with FCC data, dues, calendar, elections, mass mail, assets, financial reports | All of it, on a phone, with nets and your own address. Online card payments are the one thing we do not do. |
| Ham.Live | Live net rooms with check-ins, hand-raise and statuses | The net room does this; the hosted service wound down in 2026. |
| NetLogger and RagChew | A desk client for the check-in list, and a phone app that follows nets | Check-ins from the phone with no desk client, and a NetLogger-shaped export so your net still lands in the shared feed. |
| The club spreadsheet | Members, dues paid, who owes what | The same columns, kept current by the licence mirror, with a CSV out whenever you want one. |
| The club's mailing list | Announcements to members | Club mail with an opt-out, and a groups.io invitation on approval if you keep the list. |
The full feature-by-feature audit of every club tool we found, with what we built and what we deliberately left with the incumbent, is on the wiki.
What it does not do
Card payments for dues: nothing is sold here and no processor is set up, so dues are recorded by hand. Group text and voice paging for alerts: those cost money per message and wait on a decision. File attachments on posts and member records: coming with off-box storage. Postal mailing labels: the roster keeps no postal addresses, on purpose.
Demo club
Try it on a club that is not yours
Walk into a club that does not exist and press every button: run a net, take dues, open an election, print the reports. No sign-up, no email.
What it costs
Nothing, for the club and for every member. No paid tier, no advertising, no tracking. The whole platform runs on one small server and public data, the source is AGPL, and every list your club puts in comes back out as CSV whenever you want it.
Requests
Missing something your club needs?
Post it on the board and vote for what other operators asked for. Most of what is here started as somebody saying what their club actually does.
