Privacy

Your data, your choices.

You choose whether to share your location, learning progress, and milestones.

Your account

Your email signs you in. Passkeys store a public key, never a fingerprint or face image. You can export your account or request deletion from Account.

Location and learning

Presence is opt-in and expires. Club instructors see progress only when you choose to share it. Sharing a milestone creates a public link; remove sharing to stop serving that page. Private pages and location responses are not stored in the offline cache.

Club records

Club officers can see membership, dues and operational records. You can hide your roster details from other members. Deleting your account removes its link to retained club records; callsigns in financial and net records can remain as part of the club’s history. Election participation is retained separately from anonymous choices so deleting an account does not change a result.

Retention

Service logs are retained for up to 90 days. Backups can retain deleted records until their retention period ends. Public licensing data comes from licensing authorities; deleting an account does not remove the authority’s public record.
