Demo · for a club
Run a club nobody will miss.
Walk into the Demo Radio Club as whoever you want to be. Try what you would never try on your own club’s data.
As an officer
Everything: the treasury and its book, mail to the members, the club-wide alert, the whole roster with the notes on it, elections, dues, the club’s own name and address. This is the work three or four people in a club actually do.
As a member
What everybody else sees: tonight’s net and the room to check into, what you owe and what you have paid, the events you can say yes to, your vote while an election is open. No treasury, no mail, no settings.
No sign-up, no email, no password. Either way you also land in a second club, the Skyline Repeater Association, so you can see what belonging to two of them looks like. The account cannot start a club, join a real one, or send anyone mail — and you can swap sides from the bar at the top of any page.

What you can do in there
Run the net
Open Tuesday’s session, check people in, mark whose turn it is, close it and read the summary it writes for you.
Work the roster
11 members with licence classes and paid-through dates — one lapsing, one who hid their details, one waiting for approval. Import a CSV, print name tags.
Do the officer work
Take dues, add an event, write the minutes, run an election, book equipment, balance the treasurer’s book, print the reports.
Before you start
- Everything resets overnight. The club and every visitor account are rebuilt.
- Whatever you type is visible to whoever walks in next. Treat it like a whiteboard in a public room.
- The callsigns start with Q, which the ITU never assigns, so nothing here collides with a real operator or a real club.
- Mail goes nowhere: the addresses end in demo.invalid, which cannot receive it.
