One address, and it is read.

cq@qsoapp.com reaches the person who builds this. There is no support queue and no ticket number: it is a small project, so say what you need plainly and you get a plain answer.

Something is broken

Send the page you were on, what you expected, what happened, and your callsign if it matters. A screenshot helps. Fixes land in the open and the change log says what changed.

Your club wants to move over

Say which club, roughly how many members, and what you run today. Bringing a roster across is a CSV and about ten minutes; someone will walk it with you the first time.

A feature, or a missing piece

Say what your club does now and where it hurts. Most of what is built came from exactly that. Or put it on the requests board, where other people can vote for it.

You run one of the tools we tie into

Wavelog, HamStudy, POTA, AllStarLink, NetLogger, Pat — if we have got something wrong about your project, or you want to take "Sign in with callsign", write and it gets fixed.

Schools and clubs teaching

The teacher kit is at /school. If you are a school looking for a club, or a club willing to adopt one, say where you are.

Privacy, or your data

You can delete your account yourself, and every list exports as CSV. For anything else — what is kept, for how long, what a reviewer saw — write and ask; the retention policy is public.

What happens to what you send

It goes to one mailbox and nowhere else: no mailing list, no analytics, no third party. If your message turns into work it becomes an issue in the repository, and the change log and wiki record what was decided and why.

Not urgent-response infrastructure: if you need help on the air right now, that is what the repeater and your club’s net are for.
