Under those sit the DMR repeaters BrandMeister publishes — coordinates, frequencies and colour code entered by the repeater keepers themselves — so the map is not empty in your area before anyone here has added anything. They are marked, they refresh nightly, and the moment you claim one at level 2 it is yours and the import stops touching it.
