Hand it to Pat

Pat runs on your own computer, not here. If you have it running, its web interface is at http://localhost:8080/ui on that machine — open it there and paste the message into a new one addressed to the station’s Winlink address. That address only means anything on the computer running Pat: from a phone, or on a machine without Pat, it reaches nothing (or whatever else happens to be on port 8080). Pat’s own site covers installing it, and integrations says what we hand over.
